Uptown Marina Lofts is upscale, loft-style condominium located in Aventura, Florida. Developed by renowned architect Kobi Karp it features modern living space including indoor fitness and wellness area. The designs for both the building’s entry and the interior decoration of the lobby won Florida’s Best Platinum Awards in 2004. Aquila helped with the design and layout of fitness & spa areas and provided on-site management.
