Designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Ott, Artech Residences is contemporary architectural luxury masterpiece located in Aventura, Florida. Known for architectural work from Dubai to Shangai, Ott broke the mold by designing a 900-foot-long building—essentially a tower on its side. The residences won three “Best of Real Estate” awards for architectural design, project brochure and creative developer. Aquila helped Artech to design the fitness & spa areas and provided turnkey fitness & spa management solutions.
